Making technology work for education transformation goals: a partnership approach for action

As partner countries are implementing their education priority reforms, technology is seen as one of the key enablers to help accelerate results achievement in education. This paper proposes a partnership approach to harness technology, with the aim of addressing barriers to transformation within education systems.
