This report focuses on motivation and morale of teachers in Cambodia. It has the following purposes: to examine education in Cambodia from the perspective of its core providers: the teachers; it will focus on those issues that affect their motivation, morale and performance, and ultimately the quality of education they can deliver; to determine the views of other education stakeholders about position of teachers and their role in providing quality education in Cambodia; to support the cooperative efforts of the Cambodian government and its civil and development partners.
